When the Son of Man returns, how many will he find on the earth who have faith? (Luke 18:8, NLT)
If God guaranteed you three answers to your prayers – no, not a genie in a bottle; the God of the universe – what would they be?
Don’t limit yourself, as Paul encourages:
All glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think (Ephesians 3:20).
Nor should you treat God like a celestial debit card:
When you ask, you don’t get it because your motives are all wrong – you want only what will give you pleasure (James 4:3).
With0ut limit and with good motives – you have three answers – what would the requests be?

List the three requests on a Post-it© note and place it somewhere to be seen daily. Whenever you see the note, ask in Jesus’s name for the request. As our Lord taught us:
You can ask for anything in my name, and I will do it, so that the Son can bring glory to the Father. Yes, ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it! (John 14:13-14)
Please note that the God of creation repeats Himself. He says, “I will do it” in verse 13 and then says, “I will do it” in verse 14. If Jesus says something twice, my faith says that He intends to “do it.”
James teaches the reason why Christians have few answers to prayers:
You don’t have what you want because you don’t ask God for it (James 4:2).
Jesus says that He will “do it” and yet we don’t ask “for it.”
We don’t ask because we doubt. I find that if I consider the greatness of God and make requests according to my calling, God answers my “ask.”
Again, with faith in the limitless power of God, and in consideration of your motives, what are your requests?

Write them on a Post-it© and place the Post-it© where it will be seen often during the summer. Take a photo of it, email it to me, and I will agree with you in my prayers. Get others to join with you in the requests as well.
Jesus encourages us:
I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father who is in heaven (Matthew 18:19).
Jesus asks in Luke 18, “Will I find faith on earth when I return?” There are many challenges to faith, and often our lives are swamped with doubt and confusion. One answered prayer clears the clutter immediately.
You know God exists and that He loves you.
Go ahead, list the prayers, and grow your faith. Experience a miracle summer!
